Where is M8apparel clothing printed and sent from?

We print, store and send all of our clothing in-house. Either from our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden or from our partner printshop located in Fjugesta, Sweden.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time varies by location and we always do our best to get it to you as fast as possible. These are our estimates:

Europe
Approximately 2 weeks


UK
Approximately 3 weeks


Outside Europe
Approximately 4 weeks

Incorrect address

Shipping addresses can not be changed after your order is made. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

What countries do you ship to?

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are few locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you and provide a full refund.

Why does my tracking not update?

For some countries, the package tracking does not update once it leaves Sweden. Choose the "tracked" shipping option to avoid this upon checkout.

I think my package is lost

M8apparel are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. However this is unlikely to happen.
