Shipping & Returns
We print, store and send all of our clothing in-house. Either from our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden or from our partner printshop located in Fjugesta, Sweden.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are few locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you and provide a full refund.
My tracking doesn't update
For international orders the "standard" shipping option will simply not give any more tracking updates once the package leaves Sweden. Choose the "tracked" shipping option to avoid this upon checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping time varies by location and we always do our best to get it to you as fast as possible. These are our estimates:
Europe & UK : Approximately 3 weeks
Outside Europe: Approximately 4 weeks
Max delivery time: 45 business days.
I did not receive my order.
If you did not receive your order after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired days since your order was placed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then do our best to help you.
All orders can be cancelled until the fulfilment process has started. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. *Limited Edition orders can not be cancelled under any circumstances*
I received my order and would like to exchange for another size
If you have received your order and would like to exchange for another size, you can send it back at your expense within 14 days of receiving it. Upon receiving your order back, we will happily resend your new size. Please note, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please email us at email@example.com before sending your package back for detailed instructions.
I received my order and would like a refund
If you have received your order and would like a refund you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. It must be in its original condition and be unworn. Upon receiving your order back, we will issue a full refund of your order, excluding shipping charges. At your expense, you can send your package back to M8 products AB Vendelsövägen 61, 135 53 Tyresö
Customs, Import Fees & Duties
We are not responsible for any potential custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. However this is unlikely to happen, contact us if you're unsure!
Unclaimed packages or returned packages
When you place an order and pay for shipping, this exactly covers our cost to ship your clothing to you. If you do not claim your package or for any reason it is returned to us, we are charged return shipping by the shipping company. If you choose to not have your order resent and instead request a refund, your original shipping charge will not be refunded AND an additional charge of 99kr SEK will be deducted from your refunded amount to cover some of the loss we have incurred on the return shipping.
